Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rates and Insurance:

In oreder to keep shipping rates low, we ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii is the actual cost of shipping and insurance. You will be charged our shipping cost plus for shipping outside the United States.

Delivery Schedule:

We will ship the order as soon as practial. We will normally ship your order within one business day unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.

Sales Tax:

Our buiness is operated from California. All orders shipped within California will automatically have sales tax added at the rate of 8.0%. If you are located outside of California, you will not be charged any sales tax. However, you may still be liable for the payment of this tax.

Return Policy:

We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged during shipping. Please save the box that our products arrived in so we can have the shipper arrange to inspect it for insurance purposes.

We will also gladly accept the return of our products within ten days of your receipt, for any other reason, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in any way whatsoever.

To retun a product contact us via email at jim@jdsmokingpipes.com with identification of the item you purchased and wish to return and the date you purchased it. As soon as we receive the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged, or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for item, less shipping charges. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.
